OUTSTANDING!!! We arrived on their lot to browse their inventory just before closing time. We were quickly approached by a very friendly salesman, Jake. He asked us a few questions about what we were looking for and immediately showed us two trucks that fit our parameters. He told us the good, the bad, and the ugly about both vehicles and offered to have us test drive both of them. At this point, we were past closing and that didn't seem to bother him at all. There was NO pressure to sign, buy, nothing like that at all. We told him we would be using our own financing and he immediately gave us the paperwork necessary to proceed. The next day we showed up to take delivery and the truck had been detailed and was ready for us to go. We were in and out in no time. SUCCESS!!! Mr. Lyberger received this call earlier this week. We're not telling you this to brag, but because we are so surprised that it happened. Mr. Lyberger got a call from a cousin of his, Jim Lyberger. He was buying a car in Kansas and was negotiating the last few hundred dollars. The dealership was stubborn and would not give in. His wife said she would pay the difference so Jim said "ok" but wasn't happy. The interesting part of this story is what happened next. When his last name was put on the sales board, a manager came up to him and asked him if he knew a Lyberger that owned a car dealership in Ks. Jim said "yes" he is my close relative. The manager said that he would be right back. The manager came back with the owner of the dealership in tow. This dealership in Ks. is near a military installation. The owner said that when soldiers come in and buy from him, his mgrs. aggressively work for referrals and tell their new customers that they want to be the best dealership they have ever bought a truck from. He has been told that "he can only be 2nd best because Lyberger's in Ak is the best that there is." That, "no dealer treats their customers as well as Lyberger's." The owner asked Jim if he was totally satisfied, and he said: "no I wanted $200 more off and they would not do it." The owner said, "I will write that check to you personally because I want to be like your cousin in Alaska."

Hi Richard, Robert & Lyberger Staff, Thank you for the photos and the sale of the HHR to us. The car was almost exactly what I (Mary) wanted from the color down to the sunroof and running boards. It doesn't have a compass which is the only minus. Everything else is so perfect that in the end, the compass didn't matter. Also, thank you to the staff for picking up the connecting wire to show us how the I-phone connected to the dash and that it worked. The multitude of people involved in the purchase was a bit confusing, but they were all quite nice. Hope that they weren't offended that I am not a hand shaker. My husband does that for us. In conclusion, this HHR must have been manufactured in Used Car Heaven just waiting for us to get home to purchase it. Thanks to all again & Best Regards. p.s. This is the first time either of us has ever traded in a car in our life's and we are 61 and 70. Thanks to all for making it a positive new experience.
